Greetings Chinook Middle School Community,

This is the final week of the 3rd quarter, and it’s hard to believe we have less than 11 weeks left in the school year- let's continue our journey of learning and growth with enthusiasm!

A quick reminder: there will be no school next week, from April 7th to April 11th.

Wishing you all a wonderful and rejuvenating Spring Break!

Best regards,

James Peterson

WEB Leader Applications

Calling all 7th Grade Leaders!

WEB, or Where Everybody Belongs, is a middle school orientation and transition program that welcomes sixth-graders and makes them feel comfortable throughout their first year of their middle school experience. WEB leaders are 8th graders that have been selected through an application process. The leaders receive training during the summer, lead 6th grade orientation, and check in with their WEB groups throughout the year. Applications for WEB will be available to current 7th graders in April. Any interested 7th graders should attend our info meeting on Thursday April 3rd during 1st lunch or tutorial.

Learn more about WEB here.

Contact Ms. Karnick (karnicka@bsd405.org), Mrs. Metz (metzj@bsd405.org), or Mrs. Erickson (ericksonk@bsd405.org) if you have any questions.
